PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE GAME.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Water Sort Rush (the "Game" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JoyKoda Games ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
You are not located in a country subject to a government embargo.
You are not listed on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.

3. Platform Availability

The Game (Bundle ID: com.pourrush.opus) is available exclusively on:

Apple App Store (iOS devices: iPhone, iPad, iPod touch)

Apple's App Store Terms of Service may also apply. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, these Terms shall govern your relationship with us, while Apple terms govern your relationship with Apple.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

Certain features may require account creation through Apple Game Center or an in-game account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

4.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, extended inactivity (180+ days), or technical/security issues.

5. Service Description

Water Sort Rush (Bundle ID: com.pourrush.opus) is a free-to-play casual puzzle game for entertainment purposes only. The objective is to sort colored water into tubes until each tube contains only one color.

5.1 No Real Money or Cash Rewards

THE GAME DOES NOT OFFER REAL MONEY, CASH PRIZES, OR ANY FORM OF REAL-WORLD MONETARY REWARDS. ALL IN-GAME CURRENCIES, COINS, TOKENS, POINTS, AND REWARDS ARE VIRTUAL AND HAVE NO REAL-WORLD VALUE. YOU CANNOT EXCHANGE VIRTUAL ITEMS FOR REAL MONEY, GOODS, OR SERVICES.

The Game is intended purely for entertainment and leisure. Any rewards, points, or virtual currency earned through gameplay or advertisements are provided at our sole discretion and are purely virtual. We do not guarantee any specific rewards.

5.2 No Gambling

The Game does not involve real money gambling, betting, or wagering of any kind. Success in the Game does not imply future success in real money gambling.

6. Virtual Currency

6.1 Nature

All virtual currencies and items are licensed to you, not sold. You have no ownership rights.

6.2 Earning Methods

Virtual Currency can be earned through gameplay, watching optional rewarded ads, daily bonuses, and promotional events.

6.3 No Refunds or Transfers

Virtual Currency is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for real money. Unused Virtual Currency will be forfeited upon account termination.

6.4 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or eliminate Virtual Currency at any time.

7. In-App Purchases

7.1 Billing

In-app purchases are processed through Apple App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's payment terms and conditions.

7.2 Subscriptions

If offered, subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

7.3 Refunds

Refund requests must be directed to Apple according to Apple's refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

8. Advertisements

8.1 Third-Party Advertising

The Game is supported by advertising.

8.2 Rewarded Advertisements

Optional rewarded video ads provide virtual in-game benefits only (hints, extra tubes, undo moves). These ads are entirely voluntary and never required to progress.

8.3 Ad Personalization Opt-Out

iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking > Allow Apps to Request to Track (turn OFF)

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Game for any illegal purpose
Hack, reverse engineer, or decompile the Game
Use bots, scripts, or cheats
Exploit bugs for personal gain
Impersonate others
Harass or abuse other users
Upload objectionable content
Disrupt the Game or servers

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.

11. User-Generated Content

If the Game allows you to submit content ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your intellectual property rights. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your User Content in connection with the Game.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

Delete the Game or contact us at shuping20030421@gmail.com.

12.2 By Us

We may terminate your account immediately for any breach.

12.3 Effect

Your right to use the Game ceases immediately upon termination.

13. Disclaimers

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, ERROR CORRECTION, OR FREEDOM FROM VIRUSES.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNT PAID (ZERO IF FREE).

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the Company from claims arising from your use or violation of these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.

17. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance.

18. Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
